I really like dealing with Snezhana.. She is patient with me and provides details and information unbeknownst to the average person. Talks to you more like a friend than a mortgage broker. I feel she is always doing what is best for me.

Snezhana has been assisting many of my clients over the years. She is super thorough, knows what is needed to avoid hiccups in the transaction and is great at follow up. What many of my clients like is the comprehensive spreadsheet she provides them with what their monthly costs will be depending on which purchase price they end up buying at. She even runs the numbers again when they have found "the one" so they truly know what they're getting in to. This is super helpful and I've not seen conventional banks offer anywhere near the service that she does.
